Thoughts of suicide are an unfortunate reality that many of us living with mental illness have to deal with at times.  Creating a safety plan allows you to plan ahead of time to pull together the resources that can keep you going during times of crisis.  This safety plan template includes prompts to help you plan ahead to keep yourself safe by identifying resources, coping strategies, and reasons for living.   It also helps you to set reminders of positives and self-love that you can lean on when things get hard.
