This guided journal will help you to reflect on what finding forgiveness might look like for you, and how it can be a tool to release some of your own pain and suffering.
It draws upon my own struggle to find forgiveness, and need to find an alternate path to get to the same endpoint. The focus is on finding greater freedom for yourself rather than absolving the acts of someone who hurt you. This includes identifying some of the costs associated with hanging on to the hurt, anger, and resentment.
