Facing stressors is inevitable, but your response to those stressors is more flexible. Resilience is the ability to bounce back from things that try to knock you down, and it’s an important element of overall mental wellbeing. This guided journal contains a series of prompts to help you identify and build upon your internal resources, which in turn helps with building resilience. The journal covers topics like:

- identifying supports
- changing your self-talk
- starting a self-love savings account.
The goal is building resilience by strengthening the foundation that you’ve already got, so that you’re in a better position to get back on your feet when things get more difficult.
