Pandemic living is tough for a lot of people. For anyone predisposed to depression, it has the potential to be even harder.
Occasionally, depression can be relatively simple to deal with, but unfortunately, that’s rarely the case. For most of us, it’s a matter of cobbling together as many strategies as possible to get through it the best we can.
For those readers who are newer to my blog, you may not know that a couple of months ago I released my latest book, Managing the Depression Puzzle. It covers a wide range of different strategies that might be pieces of the overall puzzle in managing illnesses with a depressive component. Some will work and some won’t, but that’s the reality of dealing with any chronic illness.
The paperback and ebook are available for $6.75 and $3.75 respectively on Amazon.com. It was important to me to price it low to make it as accessible as possible.
