selfie by a yurt in Kyrgyzstan

I have a couple of life dreams that are wildly unrealistic, but I enjoy them, so I keep them around.  One is to live in a yurt in Kyrgyzstan with my pretend Kyrgyz husband and our pet yak.  The other is to have a farm closer to home and have sheep, goats, alpacas, chickens, and guinea pigs living in kumbaya harmony.  I am in no way sufficiently practical or competent to do either of those things, but they still float around as my happy dreams.

So what are some more realistic goals?  Find out on my member feature on the Best Life Collaborative.

LOL – My most unrealistic dream is to own my own mountain (anywhere with trees) for me and my husband and all of our extended family to live on together. With horses, cattle, chickens, gardens, all of us OFF GRID, and self-sufficient. I know, it’s pipe dream, but I love the idea.

By this stage, being mostly functional and able to work three or four days a week would be a goal, but doesn’t seem terribly likely. I guess the real dream would be to make money from writing, somehow.

Oh my gosh, that’s what you look like when you’re not hiding behind the guineas!! Hello!! I’ve always wondered!! You look great!!

Yes! Yes to alpacas in harmony!!

Where do you get a yurt and find a place to set it up to live in for a bit? Amazing. Thanks for posting!

I feel in many ways that I am living a dream. I would love to continue to grow my businesses and advise others how to do it for themselves.
