Mental illness can make things look pretty dark, so one of my coping strategies is to regularly watch comedy in order to inject a bit of levity into life. My current favourites are the Late Show with Stephen Colbert and the Daily Show with Trevor Noah. My fave classic pick is Seinfeld.
For Friday fun-day, here’s one of my favourite clips from this week in comedy:

I don’t watch The Late Show being in the UK but I really enjoyed this clip, love how he tries to keep a straight face too! “There’s no ‘I’ in team but there is a ‘me’ in stop talking to me'” – brilliant! Thanks for sharing – comedy clips and TV can provide a much-needed distraction 🙂

Comedy is so important, especially for those darker times.

I absolutely love Steven Colbert. No matter how bad a mood, or if my mental state feels tense, he just gets my mind off my problems all the time. Thank God for that show! 🙂
